Brig. Ram Chhillar, SM**, VSM (Retd.)

CEO, C1 Cyber Solutions (Division of C1 India)

Brig. Chhillar is a result-oriented professional with demonstrated abilities in strategic leadership. He has served over three decades in the Defence Forces with distinction in proxy-war and counter terrorist domains. He spearheaded India’s premiere Military Intelligence organisations, responsible for Strategic Asset Management of Cyber Resources, Counter-Intelligence, Human Capital and Material Assets. He conceptualized, raised and reorganised Indian Army’s pro-active Cyber Security and HUMINT resources/efforts. He holds numerous certifications in Higher Defence Management and specialized Intelligence tradecraft. Brig. Chhillar has been conferred with Medals of Bravery and Distinguished Service, almost in every Military Intelligence assignment tenanted, which is a rare distinction.

Brig. Chhillar took voluntary retirement in 2014, and co-founded cybersecurity companies in India and Dubai. In his present role, with his vast experience of Corporate and Government environments to determine the real-world cyber threats and processes to mitigate them, he will build strong relationships with clients and nurture a strong team, to accomplish time bound goals. He is an avid golfer and traveller.

Sanjay’s vision as CEO is to transform the company to be a trusted partner who delivers outstanding customer service, fosters collaborative relationships, and provides significant value, and to be recognized as e-procurement experts in global markets.

Sanjay has led cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives and has vast experience in managing business operations, P&L, business development, sales & marketing, client management, and project delivery.

Before Joining C1 India, Sanjay has played key organizational leadership roles in IT companies like Lexmark International, Aspect Software, Teleopti AB, Dimension Data and Tata Telecom. Sanjay holds a B.Tech in computers and a Master’s Degree in Marketing Management.
