Job Description:

  • To provide Technical support at client site and resolve their queries with respect to the C1 India application via mail and phone.
  • Satisfy the client queries and provide quick resolution.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues and coordinate with the technical team.
  • Provide training to the vendors at client location regarding application usage.
  • To conduct and manage e – auctions for various clients on auction portal.

 

Key Skills:

  • Must be having at least 2 Year experience in client handling profile though phone & Emails.
  • Well versed in speaking Hindi, English.
  • Should have good communication skills (both written and verbal).
  • Good analytical & problem solving skills.
