Technical Support Executive (Customer Support) (1-3 Years of Exp.) – Gurgaon
Desired Candidate Profile:
- Must be Graduate in any stream.
- Must be having at least 1 year exp. in Client handling profile though phone & emails.
- Well versed in speaking Hindi, English.
- Should have good communication skills (both written and verbal).
- Day Shift Job (9 AM to 6 PM);
- Good analytical & problem solving skills.
- Good communication skill.
Areas of Responsibilities:
- To provide Technical support at client site and resolve their queries with respect to the C1 India application via mail and phone.
- Satisfy the client queries and provide quick resolution.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and coordinate with the technical team.
- Provide training to the vendors at client location regarding application usage.
