Job Description :
- This is a full-time on-site role for a BD Executive / Sr. Executive (2–3 years’ experience) in B2B International Sales (APAC region). The role involves driving new client meetings and business opportunities by handling the entire sales cycle from prospecting and lead generation to customer engagement and initial deal closures.
Major Duties & Responsibilities:-
Lead Generation & Qualification :
- Proactively identify and source new sales opportunities through prospecting, inbound lead follow-up, and outbound outreach
- Conduct rigorous lead qualification to assess prospect needs, budget, and decision-making authority, ensuring a strong and qualified pipeline.
Securing Client Meetings :
- Utilize a multi-channel approach-including cold calling, targeted email campaigns, and LinkedIn connects-to engage prospects and secure initial meetings.
- Clearly articulate the company's value proposition to capture interest and convert qualified leads into scheduled appointments.
Campaign & Tool Management :
- Develop, run, and manage outbound email marketing campaigns to support business growth.
- Master and manage lead generation and CRM tools to ensure efficient sales tracking and reporting.
Key Skills & Competencies :
