Job Description:
- Responsible for identifying, prospecting, and generating new business opportunities for the sales team.
- Engage with potential clients through calls, emails, and online platforms to create qualified leads.
- Maintain and update the lead database regularly.
- Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth transition of qualified leads.
- Conduct follow-ups with interested prospects to nurture and convert leads into opportunities.
- Support sales campaigns, promotions, and outreach activities.
Major Duties :
- Conduct outbound calling to potential clients for e-procurement, e-auction, and government banking alliance solutions.
- Research and identify target segments, companies, and decision-makers.
- Schedule meetings/appointments for the sales team with qualified prospects.
- Maintain daily activity reports and performance trackers.
- Keep detailed notes of conversations and ensure CRM is updated.
- Handle inbound leads and respond promptly to inquiries.
- Meet weekly/monthly lead generation and conversion targets.
Key Skills :
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good understanding of sales process and lead nurturing.
- Ability to engage confidently with clients over phone and email.
- Basic understanding of IT / SaaS / e-procurement / e-auction industry (added advantage).
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and ability to work independently.
- Good analytical and research skills.
