• Knowledge of CMMI up to level 5, ISO 9001:27000 and Security (ITSM)
• Knowledge of JIRA and understanding of workflow
• Use of statistical tools like Mintab
• Conducted MRM and Internal/external audit
• Aware of all KPAs of CMMI, ISO and ITSM
• Experience in Audit cycle and has certification
• Should have working knowledge of VSS & SVN
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Must have prior experience in Product based company
