Telecalling Executive

  • Experience: - 6 months to 1 year

 

Job Description:

  • Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers -100 calls on daily basis.
  • Explain company products/services, Properties available on auctions to prospective buyers.
  • Generate leads, schedule appointments, or close sales (as applicable) for banking clients.
  • Follow up on customer inquiries and maintain relationships.
  • Maintain accurate records of calls and customer details in excel sheet with remarks.
  • Email marketing to registered database to all client's/Banner creation.
  • Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call and conversion targets.
  • Coordinate with sales and support teams for follow-ups.
  • Handle customer objections and provide appropriate solutions.

 

Key Skills:

  • Excellent verbal communication skills
  • Fluency in English and local language(s)
  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel)
  • Good listening and convincing skills
  • Ability to work under targets and pressure
