Business Analyst

• Profile: - Business Analyst
• Experience Required: - 2-4 years

Job Description :

• Ensure the application releases for specific patches and updates are as expected.
• Coordinate with offsite development team for any errors or issues and change requests.
• Ensure resolution for of any application dysfunctionality.
• Ticket status update to the relevant team.
• Providing options/solutions to the end users on the changes /requirements in the system
• Prepare and provide end users teams with necessary guidance and documentation.
• Creation of Tender Templates and supporting ministry users in mapping of tenders.
• Ensuring proper records for work and maintenance of proper project documentation as required.
• Maintain an issue tracker with resolution timelines.

• Onsite Client and Team Coordination
• Manage End user escalation
• Prepare Requirement Document as Business Analyst
• Daily Issue Reporting and Tracking
• Conduct Routine End User Training
