Telecalling Executive
- Experience: - 6 months to 1 year
Job Description:
- Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers -100 calls on daily basis.
- Explain company products/services, Properties available on auctions to prospective buyers.
- Generate leads, schedule appointments, or close sales (as applicable) for banking clients.
- Follow up on customer inquiries and maintain relationships.
- Maintain accurate records of calls and customer details in excel sheet with remarks.
- Email marketing to registered database to all client's/Banner creation.
- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call and conversion targets.
- Coordinate with sales and support teams for follow-ups.
- Handle customer objections and provide appropriate solutions.
Key Skills:
- Excellent verbal communication skills
- Fluency in English and local language(s)
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel)
- Good listening and convincing skills
- Ability to work under targets and pressure
