Job Description:
- To provide Technical support at client site and resolve their queries with respect to the C1 India application via mail and phone.
- Satisfy the client queries and provide quick resolution.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and coordinate with the technical team.
- Provide training to the vendors at client location regarding application usage.
- To conduct and manage e – auctions for various clients on auction portal.
Key Skills:
- Must be having at least 2 Year experience in client handling profile though phone & Emails.
- Well versed in speaking Hindi, English.
- Should have good communication skills (both written and verbal).
- Good analytical & problem solving skills.
